Wall removal
Cannot fault the end product which was exactly as requested. The guys were always on time and hard working. Took care to ensure the little details were all done without shortcuts. They were flexible when changes were requested adhoc and accurate in timelines. All round
good job.

New kitchen
So so happy that I chose to use Grand Developments! As a young female (who has never had any big work done on my house before) I was so dubious about who to use and if I'd get ripped off etc... But Ben and the guys were recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn't be happier that I took their advice. They were so professional and polite, and I cannot find a single fault in the work they did. I'm already planning how I want them to do my bathroom!

Ground floor extension with shower room.
We are very happy with the downstairs extension and shower room. It has made such a difference to our family life. The guy's were really friendly and approachable. When we came across unexpected things it was handled and sorted but we were kept in the loop
the whole time.

Extension bedroom and ensuite
Really good quality work. Everyone on site is polite and the neighbours all said they are doing a good job. The job is almost complete, last few weeks to go. Everything done to architects plan. Ben is an excellent builder and project manager. Really pleased with the work would definitely recommend Ben and his team for building work.

Sound insulated boxing in of pipe work traversing lounge, hall and cloakroom, plus coving to box
Ben did a perfect job. He took the time to discuss the requirements, which was to box in / sound 'proof' some new waste pipes which run through the house and suggest different options. He arrived each day bang on time. His work was very neat and he made sure the work was prepared for the decorators. You cannot see the join where we had to line up with the existing coving. His plastering was very high quality. I would definitely use him again for another similar job.

General building on home extension
Grand developments carried out a lot of work on my garage conversation. I found them to be professional, knowledgeable and reliable, the work was done to a very good standard. I intended to use them in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.
